I exhibited 7 watercolour paintings with the title: The River Dart: Moor to Sea. The paintings illustrated 7 different habitats and were linked to 7 different locations from where the West River Dart rises on Dartmoor down to the coast at Dartmouth. 1. Bog plants where the River Dart rises. 2. Upland woodland at Wistman's Wood. 3. Moorland at Dartmeet. 4. Hedgerows/ verges at Ashburton. 5. Urban plants at Totnes. 6. Arable plants at Dittisham. 7. Coastal plants at Dartmouth where the River Dart flows into the sea.
I was awarded an RHS silver-gilt medal.
